We’ve partnered with some fantastic hotels, to find great rate and accommodation options for the event!
Reservations can be made at multiple hotel properties, under multiple names, can also apply.
A group reservation must utilize 90% of the contracted room nights based on the originally booked number of rooms.
Group rooming lists are due 45 days out from the first day of the event.
Cancellations can be processed on-line.
